T25 Workout...

I recently decided that it was time I got fit and healthy. I started off by not eating carbs after 6 in the evening and buying fresh, healthy fruit and vegetables. This was going well and I was really enjoying eating healthy. I then thought in order to get really fit I should do a workout as well, so i bought the T25 workout.
Now this workout is not easy, but it makes you feel so so good because you really do feel like you are keeping fit. There is a plan to follow for two months which tells you exactly what you need to do each day, it also gives you stretching exercises after each workout which is something a lot of us forget to do. It is not cheap to buy but the results you get from doing it are amazing, as long as you stay dedicated! I would recommend this to anybody who would like to get fit in the comfort of their own home... you can get just as good results as you would achieve at the gym without the monthly bill.

Dinner Time ...

I have just finished eating this salad and it was so delicious. Recently I have been getting quite bored with every day after work meals, so I decided to try and spice it up a bit without having to spend hours in the kitchen. When I went shopping I bought lots of fruit, veg and meat with the intention of just putting different combinations together every night. This was the first meal that I came up with.
Ingredients:
  • Little Gem Lettuce
  • Beef Steak
  • Pomegranates
  • Onion
  • Red Pepper
  • Courgette
  • Baby Tomatoes
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Soy Sauce
Method:

Chop the beef into strips and then fry it in soy sauce until cooked (don't use too much soy as it will be too salty.) In a separate frying pan fry the onions, peppers, courgette, and a few baby tomatoes together in olive oil with some soy sauce, you can add some chopped garlic for extra flavour. (Chop all the veg quite small as its nicer on a salad.) I used a whole baby gem lettuce as they aren't too big for the base of my salad, I then just spooned the fried veg and meat on top of the salad and sprinkled pomegranates over the top. Finish by drizzling balsamic gaze over the top for extra sweetness.

Brympton D' Evercy

This here is the stunning Brympton D'Evercy House where I will be marrying my lovely Lee on the 31st May. The moment i saw this beauty I knew it was where i had to wed.

As it is in Somerset, just a few miles from all our family friends we just couldn't consider anywhere else for our special day. The wedding organisers have been the best, helping us every step of the way and taking all the stress away so we can enjoy all the fun things like choosing all the decorations and pretty things.

Cute Shoes!!

As my first post i don't know how this is going to turn out but i had to share my beautiful new Kurt Geiger shoes.... They are so comfortable and i am totally in love with them. I actually bought these from www.johnlewis.com for £85 and they also have a couple of different styles. I think these shoes are perfect for spring time as it's still slightly chilly outside... they will glam up any jeans and t shirt combo!!
